Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Description of Services
NJ Interlock Mobile Services provides ignition interlock installation, maintenance, and related services. The Services may include but are not limited to:
Appointments for installation and removal of ignition interlock devices
Device calibration and maintenance
Reporting and compliance monitoring
User Responsibilities
4.1 Compliance with Laws
You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals required to use the Services.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Transmit or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or its related systems
Intellectual Property
The Services and all related materials, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content, are owned or licensed by NJ Interlock Mobile Services and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NJ Interlock Mobile Services, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services or this Agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NJ Interlock Mobile Services and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or any breach of this Agreement.
Termination
NJ Interlock Mobile Services may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and you must delete any downloaded or printed materials obtained from the Services.
Modifications to the Agreement
NJ Interlock Mobile Services reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and NJ Interlock Mobile Services regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
